Life and Career Review: Part 1

The Life and Career Review is the first module of the Gaia U Certificate of Autoethnography and Learning Design (Cert. AeLD).

AeLD Certificate Module 1, Life and Career Review (LCR), is a reflective look at your past over a period of your choice, and this is what you are working on now. The LCR includes two submissions: the Life Review (LR) and the Career Review (CR). Depending on your program enrollment, you’ll have varying requirements for when these elements are to be submitted and how often they need to be updated to receive full credit.

AeLD Certificate Module 2 (which comes later) is a Learning Intentions and Pathway Design (LIPD) and focuses on setting flexible intentions for the near future (usually for at least 1 year). At the beginning of each Action Learning Cycle, you will create a LIPD for that specific cycle.
