Gaia U has crossed the threshold of its 10-year anniversary as a pioneer of online regenerative action learning. We’re now being called upon to adapt to the many changes taking place in the field and transition to the next stage of our developmental growth. Appreciative Inquiry (AI) is an approach to organization development that engages a diversity of stakeholders in the change process, focusing on coming together to 1) appreciate and value the best of “what is,” 2) envisioning “what might be,” and 3) dialoguing “what should be.” Please join us for this call and share your valuable perspective and experience as we co-evolve and co-create the future of Gaia U!
Tom Palmer is originally from Alaska, USA, and has been living in central Chile for the past 7 years where he is teaching and developing a farm with his family. He completed his International Diploma of Permaculture Design at Gaia University in 2016 and is now enrolled in the Master of Science program, where he is focusing on Regenerative Learning Systems Design. Tom has worked in education for nearly a decade, including on the Gaia U core team for the past 2 years. He is passionate about helping to change the way we learn as individuals, teams, organizations and communities as we face unprecedented challenges in an increasingly complex world.
