Frances Moore Lappe joins Advisory Board

Gaia University welcomes our newest Advisory Board member, Dr. Frances Moore Lappé. Best known as author of the book “Diet for a Small Planet,” she is also founder of the Small Planet Institute, the World Future Council and a proponent of “Living Democracy”.

Her many books have been translated into 20 languages. Apart from 17 honorary doctorates, she received the Alternative Nobel award (Right Livelihood Award) in 1987. For more information on her work see www.smallplanetinstitute.org .
